North County San Diego
Timeless residential interiors for Del Mar's coastal homes.
Our approach
Del Mar's blend of relaxed coastal living and understated affluence calls for interiors that feel effortless rather than decorated. Signature Home Design brings a quiet confidence to Del Mar projects — spaces where natural linen, warm stone, and considered furniture placement do the work that ornament never could.

Common questions
Do you design family homes in Del Mar?
Absolutely. Many of our Del Mar projects are primary residences for families — we design for durability and livability without sacrificing beauty.
Can you work with an existing architect on a Del Mar new build?
Yes, and we prefer it. Early collaboration with your architect produces the best results — we can influence ceiling heights, window placement, and material selections before they are locked in.
What is your design fee structure?
We work on a combination of design fees and trade pricing. Every project begins with a complimentary consultation so we can understand your scope and provide a clear proposal.
