North County San Diego
Estate-scale residential design for Rancho Santa Fe's landmark homes.
Our approach
Rancho Santa Fe's grand estates and equestrian properties demand an interior design approach equal to their scale. Signature Home Design brings the same precision and restraint to large-format projects that we apply to every room — ensuring that even a 10,000-square-foot home feels intimate, layered, and genuinely lived-in.

Common questions
Do you work on large estate properties in Rancho Santa Fe?
Yes. Estate-scale projects are a core part of our practice. We have experience managing complex, multi-phase renovations across properties of 5,000–15,000+ square feet.
Can you source custom and antique furnishings for a Rancho Santa Fe estate?
Absolutely. We have established relationships with custom furniture makers, antique dealers, and European importers. Sourcing one-of-a-kind pieces is one of the most rewarding parts of our work.
Do you manage the full renovation process?
We provide full design direction and act as the design lead throughout construction. We work alongside your general contractor and sub-trades to ensure the design intent is executed precisely.
